In today’s business world customer service is key. People have too many options and there is too much competition to have bad customer service. In the virtual world of a VA our clients don’t have the option of seeing us face to face, so we have to make ourselves as accessible as possible. I have implemented a new live chat option on my website for customers to contact me. I want them to be able to have access to me at any time I am available.
