My name is Kellie Stotsky, The Essential Virtual Assistant. I have over 10 years in the clerical, administrative, and finance fields. Being the daughter of a successful small businessman who worked from home, I started learning the trade in my teens. Starting with basic filing and learning all of the computer skills needed to run a successful business myself. I have spent time in accounting offices, as a financial reconciliation analyst for Sallie Mae, and as an executive administrative assistant.
Through experience I have become proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Access, Publisher, PowerPoint and Money. I also have experience with Quickbooks, HTML, web design, travel planning and restaurant menu design. In essence, I am a Jack of all trades. Though my skill set is extensive I value customer service most of all. Making sure my clients are happy with the services that I offer is my #1 priority.
My office has all of the equipment needed to complete your tasks in a timely manner. I try to keep up to date with all current software and will be updating as often as business levels permit. I have future plans to add transcription services, but currently do not have the proper equipment.
My office is located in my home in Western Pennsylvania. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have 2 sons age 1 and 2 1/2. The birth of our sons has brought me out of the office and helped me to decide to pursue a career from home. My services allow me to spend more time with my family, I hope they can do the same for you.
